Mortgage calculator: down payment and monthly payment
For a first home worth AED 5 million or less, UAE banks can lend up to 80% of the value to expats and 85% to UAE nationals, so the minimum down payment is 20% or 15%. Off-plan property is capped at 50%. Mortgages can run for up to 25 years.

The rules this calculator uses
