حاسبة نسبة عبء الدين
في الإمارات، لا يجوز أن يتجاوز مجموع أقساط قروضك الشهرية 50% من راتبك الإجمالي مع دخلك المنتظم. هذا ما تنص عليه المادة 7 من نظام المصرف المركزي رقم 29/2011، ويسري على المواطنين والمقيمين.

- Total monthly loan repayments across all banks and finance companies must not exceed 50% of the borrower's gross salary plus regular income.
